1. Access online declarations forms.
- Go to: http://www.rra.gov.rw/;
- Click Online Services;
- Click Online
Declarations Forms.
2. Register for online declarations forms.
From Welcome to RRA Online Declarations Forms page ;
- Click Register ;
- Enter your TIN(Taxpayer Identification Number) ;
- Click Submit Button ;
- New password is generated (Attention to this point, you should write
this temporary password to not forget it when connecting for the first
time);
- Write it down on a paper, you will need to use it on next step.
- Click the word here from: Click here to login.
3. Login to the system.
- Enter your TIN (as username);
- Enter your password, then click submit button.
- From Change Password Menu [If your are logging in for the first time
or want to change password, fill in new password (easy
to remember)then click submit button];
4. Download form
From Download Form Menu;
- Select Tax Type;
- Select Tax Period;
- Click Submit button;[Declaration Details are displayed on screen ]
- Click VAT Declaration Form Preview link to display
declaration form;
- Print the form by click on Print the Form (Under
RRA logo on declaration form) or Close the Form
5. Logout from the system.
- Click Logout link.(Near RRA logo on left upper side)
